RATES

Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ( NZD )and are inclusive of 12.5% GST (tax).

In order to confirm a reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total stay and a credit card number with the expiry date as a guarantee. Full payment is required on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival are entitled to a 50% refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival are entitled to a 25% refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.

Rules: We do accept MasterCard and VISA.

Rates are negotiable for longer terms.
