Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs more than 21 days prior to arrival payment received will be refunded less a 10% administration fee.

* If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to arrival 50% of total tariff will be charged.

* No refund will apply for cancellation less than 7 day prior to arrival.
