Only 3.2km from Eden Park this modern Mt Eden house is stylish yet comfortable with plenty of space for up to 8 people (or 10 by arrangement). The house is well appointed and situated away from the road, so it’s quiet. As the house faces all day sun, it’s very cosy and warm.4 double rooms, including master with en-suite, plus 2 separate bathrooms. One room can accommodate 2 single beds if required. Children are welcome.The modern kitchen (with dishwasher and all standard whiteware), dining and family living areas have great outdoor access to private garden. A separate lounge with 32 flat screen TV with Sky installation allows a retreat from the main living areas. Smaller TV’s in dining room and master bedroom, Wireless internet, use of computer and free national calling will be available. Children friendly games and toys available eg play-station and large spring free trampoline with safety net.Eden Park is 30-40 minute walk away but public transport is handy at either end of the street (400m to Mt Eden Road 800m to Dominion Road). Wild Wheat Bakery – (voted best in Auckland), Café, Dairy (2), Thai Restaurant, Kebab takeaway and liquor store are all 5min walk to the Mt Eden Road end of the street. A 15 mins. of walk or 5min ride on public transport will get you to Mt Eden village which has an excellent choice of cafes, restaurants and bars.Dominion Road (10mins walk) at the other end of the road also hosts a variety of ethnic restaurants as well as an independent cinema for art film lovers and an indoor climbing center. A Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle (7 seater) is available by arrangement and extra cost. Just up the hill is the Auckland SkyCity Tower and Casino.

This traditional villa is just down the road from Eden Park - perfect for the Rugby World Cup. The house has polished wooden floors throughout. The kitchen, dining and living rooms are open plan with a large set of cafe style bi-fold doors leading onto a large sun-drenched deck, with BBQ. Steps lead from the deck into a large sunny garden.The house is a short walk from loads of cafes, bars and restaurants. St Lukes (one of NZ's largest shopping centers) is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. Kingsland train station is also very close and the train gets into Newmarket or Downtown Auckland in minutes. From here you can catch a number of ferries to explore Auckland Harbour.The property is within a 10 minute drive from a number of beaches, with access to many more within a 20-30 minute drive. You can choose from the beautiful white sandy beaches on the Eastern coast or the rugged black sand surf beaches on the Western coast.
