The 2 bedrooms are both on the upper level with the bathroom in between and serving as an en suite to both bedrooms. The Master Bedroom contains a King Bed and its own TV. The other bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be joined if required On the ground floor level there is an extra toilet as well as a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a balcony. Laundry facilities are provided within the apartment for total convenience. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned and has heat pumps for warmth and comfort. Completing the apartment is an underground carpark with internal access leaving your vehicle safe and secure. These apartments are Qualmark rated 4 Star Plus.

This bungalow has recently been renovated with comfort in mind. It has open plan living, so you never have to leave the conversation when you cook! You can put your feet up and watch the boats sail passed your window, read a book or take a very short walk to the lake or lovely bush walk. It has three bedrooms. Two are up a small flight of stairs. Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a queen size bed. There is a rumpus/bedroom downstairs ( outside access only ) with a queen size bed and two king singles. It also has it's own bathroom/toilet. There is a barbeque on the deck.
