It offers a pristine view overlooking the wetlands and a serene landscape beyond. This property offers 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has one super king size bed with a walk through wardrobe and its own ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with 1 queen bed and the third offers 2 single beds. There is also a second bathroom, conveniently located next to the queen and single bedrooms. The property is a contemporary lodge style holiday home set over a single level with comfortable open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The property has its own driveway and extremely easy access into the house itself on a level site. Motuoapa is a sheltered area on the Eastern Shore of Lake Taupo and usually a few degrees warmer than Taupo town.Motuoapa marina is only 3 mins drive away. This bungalow has recently been renovated with comfort in mind. It has open plan living, so you never have to leave the conversation when you cook! You can put your feet up and watch the boats sail passed your window, read a book or take a very short walk to the lake or lovely bush walk. It has three bedrooms. Two are up a small flight of stairs. Bedroom one has a king size bed and bedroom two has a queen size bed. There is a rumpus/bedroom downstairs ( outside access only ) with a queen size bed and two king singles. It also has it's own bathroom/toilet. There is a barbeque on the deck. Taupo has many things to offer. It is the playground of the North Island.
